REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons we unfortunately do not offer any refunds or exchanges on opened or used items. For an item to qualify for refund or exchange, the item must be a re-sellable condition.
Unwanted Items
For an unwanted item to be eligible for exchange or return, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. The returning item must be in a re-sellable condition.
Snap Beauty Ltd is unable to return any items bought in a sale.
Faulty Items
We will happily exchange any faulty items on the rare occasion an item is faulty. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to qualify for an exchange.
Please consider all of our lashes are handmade, and minuscule differences between items may occur, despite the highest level of quality control observed.

Approved Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank/credit card company prior to contacting us. Often, refunds can take a while to process once we have approved it.
