When the products come in direct contact with eyes, nose and mouth, rinse out immediately and consult with a medical professional. Do not use if your eyes are injured, infected or have an allergenic reaction. Do not use when pregnant or breast-feeding. Discontinue to use if any of the above symptoms occur, as continuing to use may worsen symptoms. Consult with a dermatologist if red spots, swelling, irritation or a reaction occurs. Throw the product away after use. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, shaded environment below room temperature and keep away from direct sunlight. Each sachet is to be used immediately after opening.

HOW TO USE
Before starting your client, ensure they are comfortable and in a good position for you to work in. We recommend using a chair that can recline, as well as walk the entire way around. This will enable you to view your clients brows from all angles.
Ask your client to fill out your consultation card, check for contraindications.
Once your client is comfortable, take a before photo before starting the treatment.
1. Start by cleansing the brow area using an oil-free cleanser. Ensure the brow area is completely free of makeup and dry before moving onto the next step.
2. Using our applicator, apply step 1 onto the clients brows in an upwards motion. Step 1 will develop at different rates on different eyebrows. Use the below timings as a guide, we highly recommend combing and checking the brows throughout to ensure they are fully developed.
Guide timings:
Very fine brows: 2-4 minutes
Fine brows 3-4 minutes
Medium to full brows 4-6 minutes
Course, full brows 5-7 minutes
3. Once you are satisfied your clients brows are completely fluid and flexible, begin to remove your Step 1 using a clean cotton bud. Once removed, use a clean cotton pad over the brows to remove any excess product.
It is important that no cling film or water is used to develop or remove step 1. If anything wet or damp gets to the brows within 24 hours of applying step 1, the results will be undone.
4. Apply a thin layer of step 2 to the brows using our re-usable applicator. Ensure that step two thoroughly covers the brows.
Guide timings:
Very fine and fine brows: 5 minutes
Full and course brows: 6 minutes
5. Start to remove your step 6 using a cotton bud. Use a cotton pad to gently sweep across the brows afterwards to ensure that all of the product is off.
6. Apply a light layer of Step 3 over the brows to moisturise and hydrate the brows. If you are doing any waxing, tinting or threading, we recommend using Step 3 as the very last step after you have completed the above.
7. Take an after photo and let the client know the aftercare they need to follow. You should be able to get 2-3 treatments out of one sachet. Once a sachet is open, use within 48 hours. Once opened, keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
YOUR AFTERCARE
Don't forget
•Avoid getting the brows wet for 24 hours.
•After treatment, brows will be completely flexible and fluid, we recommend using our eyebrow gel daily to keep them in place.
• Advise clients to book their next treatment in at 6-8 weeks. If you carry out the treatment again before 6 weeks, you're at risk of over-processing the hair.
•Avoid sunbeds, saunas and other treatments around the area for 24 hours.
•We do not advise carrying out the treatment on pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• Keep sachets in the fridge once opened.
Patch test?
Do I need to
Yes, a patch test is necessary when a client has not used our solutions before, OR if they have not had the treatment in 6 months. You're able to distinguish a reaction if you can identify redness, swelling or inflammation in the area. We also advise a patch test if your client has had a change in medication, or has been newly diagnosed with a condition that does not contraindicate the treatment. Apply a small amount of product to your clients forearm, and cover with micropore tape. Advise your client to keep the solutions on their arm for 24 hours.
